I'm Denby 'Katherine' Williams, a Southern-based artist trained in oil, acrylic, and watercolor mediums. My creative voice is fueled by the rhythms and realities of life in the Southeast. Alongside my artistic work, I have a passion for writing patient narratives and medical literacy articles to narrow the gap of health disparities present in the United States. Growing up with two disabled siblings has given me a unique perspective on communication, which in turn nurtures my process of transforming art and writing into meaningful work.
